Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001 has notified the activities related to the second phase allotment to the MBBS/BDS courses for the State Quota Seats.
Those candidates who are admitted to All India Quota Seats will not be considered to participate in subsequent phase of State Quota Allotment. The allotment to the additional 50 MBBS seats in Malabar Medical College & Research Centre, Kozhikode will also be done in this phase.
Those Candidates who want their higher options in MBBS/BDS courses to be considered in the second phase of allotment (those who have got admission and those who have no allotment as per the first phase allotment), should log into their home page at www.cee.kerala.gov.in and confirm their options by clicking the ‘confirm’ button available there. After Online Option confirmation, candidates can re-arrange their higher order options/ delete the unwanted options, up to 10 am on 15.11.2022 through their home page.
For those who do not confirm their options after first phase of admission, the admission received if any in the first phase shall be retained.
On the basis of options received up to 10 am on 15.10.2022 the second phase allotment to MBBS/BDS courses will be published in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in on 19.11.2022. The allotment date will be changed as per the completion of All India Quota 2nd round allotment.
Candidates who receive allotment in this phase should take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) payable to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations by way of online payment or through any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala. The list of Post Offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website. After remitting the fee/balance fee (if applicable), the candidates should join the course/college allotted. The joining schedule will be published later.

Those candidates who get allotment to Government Medical/Dental courses should pay the complete fee to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Those candidates who get allotment to MBBS course in Self-financing colleges should pay an amount of Rs.1 lakhs and those candidates who get allotment to NRI quota seats should remit fee of Rs.5 lakhs to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Those candidates who get allotment to BDS course (including NRI quota seats) should pay an amount of Rs.1 lakh to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
Certain categories of Candidates should remit Rs.1000/- as token fees to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Details are given in the Notification. However, if such students are allotted under Minority/NRI quota seats in Self-Financing Medical/Dental colleges, they will have to remit the token fee as prescribed above and they will not be eligible for any fee concession.
As the fee for 2022-23 academic year in Self Financing Medical/Dental colleges is not yet fixed, those candidates who get allotment in Self Financing colleges should provisionally pay the fee fixed for 2021-22 academic year and they have to pay the balance fees in case if the fee to be fixed by the Admission Supervisory Committee/Government/Hon’ble High Court for the academic year 2022-23 is going to be higher than that of 2021-22 for these colleges.
Vacancy in MBBS/BDS course if any exists after the second-round allotment will be filled up through Mop Up allotment/Stray vacancy allotment. The details of Mop up allotment/stray vacancy allotment will be published later.
