Government yet to notify LSS, USS exams for academic year 2021-22

Thiruvananthapuram: Uncertainty looms over Lower Secondary Scholarship (LSS) and Upper Secondary Scholarship (USS) exams of school students in the state. The General Education Department is yet to issue notification for the exam for the current academic year.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the exam for 2020-21 was conducted in this academic year. The verification on appeal to the results are still undergoing.

Schools have been conducting special classes for the prestigious scholarships. However, the exam notification is getting delayed.

The LSS exam is for class four students and the USS is for class seven students.
