Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore; Prabandh Shikhar, Rau-Pithampur Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh -453 556, has invited applications for admission to the 5-year Integrated Programme in Management (2019-24)
The Programme seeks to attract young candidates, and mould them as outstanding leaders through world-class education. After 3 years of intensive study of foundational disciplines, the IPM participants train as managers along with the participants of the Institute’s 2-year Post Graduate Programme in Management, undertaking the same course package in management studies in years 4 and 5.
Eligibility: Applicant should have been born on or after August 01, 1999. There is a relaxation of 5 years to applicants from SC/ST/PwD category. Those born on or after August 01, 1994 of this category are eligible to apply.
Applicant should have passed Standard XII / HSC or equivalent examination in 2017, 2018 or should be appearing for the examination in 2019 and should have minimum 60% in Standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations. Applicants of SC/ST/ PwD category need only 55 % marks. Those who are likely to complete standard XII/HSC or equivalent by the end of June 30, 2019 can also apply, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria as mentioned above.

Application Fee is Rs. 3,540/-. It is Rs.1,770/- for SC/ST/PwD category applicants.
Selection: Selection will be based on a Computer-Based Aptitude Test to be held on May 10, 2019 at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Noida, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram, Varanasi and Visakhapatnam. There will be three sections in the Aptitude Test- Quantitative Ability (40 Multiple Choice Question-MCQ), Quantitative Ability (20 Short Answer Question-SA) and Verbal Ability (40 Multiple Choice Question-MCQ). Each question will carry 4 marks. There will be a negative marking of 1 negative mark for each wrong answer except in Quantitative Ability (SA) Section (these questions will not carry any negative marking).
Candidate must answer the sections in a pre-specified order which will remain same for all the candidates. Some sample questions are given at www.iimidr.ac.in
Short listing is done based on the minimum mark decided in each of the three sections of Aptitude Test. The minimum cut off mark in each section will be decided by the Admissions Committee. The minimum cut off mark in each section will be based on the categories of applicants.
Those Shortlisted based on the Aptitude test have to appear for Written Ability Test (WAT) & Personal Interview (PI) at any one of Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata or Mumbai. The final composite score for selection will be based on Aptitude Test Score (ATS) (50 % weightage), Personal Interview (PI) (35 %) and Written Ability Test (WAT) (15 %).
A total of 120 students will be admitted to the Programme. Seats are reserved for NC-OBC, SC, ST EWSs and PwD.
Students enrolled for 2019-24 batch will be eligible for award of Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees under Dual Degree Programme upon successful completion of IPM.
