Diploma/Craft Programmes at Indian Culinary Institutes: Apply by June 30
Indian Culinary Institute, Tirupati and Noida, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India, has invited applications for admission to the Diploma & Craft Courses under the academic umbrella of NCHMCT.
The Programmes offered at Noida and Tirupathi are the following:
Diploma of 1 ½ years duration in (i) Food Production (60 seats each) (ii) Food & Beverage Service (40 each) (iii) Bakery & Confectionery (40, 40)- For all these Programmes, applicant should have passed 12th Class (iv) Craft Course of 1 ½ years duration in Food Production (60, 60) (v) Craft Course of 6 months duration in Food & Beverage Service (40,40)- for the Craft Programmes, applicant should have passed 10th Class.
For all programmes applicant should have studied English as a compulsory subject in Class XII/X as applicable. Age limit is 25 years as on 1 July 2020 for all the 5 Programmes. For Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates upper age limit is relaxable up to 3 years.
All diploma and certificate will be awarded by National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
Selection: Selection to all Programmes will be based on overall percentage of 10th /12th.
Applications can be submitted online at www.thims.gov.in latest by 30th June, 2020.
