Food Craft Institute, which functions under the Department of Tourism of Kerala government, has invited applications for various certification courses to be held at the 13 regional centres under it.
The various courses offered are:
The course period is 12 months - nine months in classroom and three months of industrial exposure training.
The basic educational qualification for admissions to these courses is SSLC or Class 10.
Admissions are based on the marks obtained in entrance test.
