School of Archival Studies, National Archives of India, has invited applications for admission to the Short term Certificate course in ‘Servicing and Repair of Records’, to be held from 9 September 2019 to 18 October 2019.
The Programme aims to train the trainees in Arrangement, Supply Restoration and up keep of Records. Admissions are made under private category and sponsored category.
Eligibility: Applicant should have passed the Senior Secondary Examination and should have knowledge of Hindi and English.
Age: Applicant should be below 30 years for private candidates and below 50 years for sponsored candidates
Reservation: Seats are reserved for private candidates of SC/ST/OBC/persons with disability as per Government norms
Application Fee: Application fee is Rs.100/- to be paid through Indian Postal Order or DD/Bankers Cheque payable to the ‘Director General of Archives, National Archives of India’ at New Delhi
Course fee: Course Fee is Rs.300/- to be paid at the time of admission.

Filled Application in the prescribed proforma along with attested copies of certificates of educational qualification, age and caste and application fee, should reach ‘The Director General of Archives, National Archives of India, Janpath, New Delhi-110001’ latest by 9 August 2019. Those employed in Central & State Govt. PSUs should apply through proper channel.
Boarding & Lodging: The School has no Boarding and Lodging facilities.
