School of Archival Studies, National Archives of India, has invited applications for admission to the Short Term Certificate Course in Archives Management to be conducted from 3rd February to 6th March 2020.
The Programme aims to make the trainees aware of acquisition, arrangement, up-keep and retrieval of records.
Eligibility: Applicant should be a graduate in any discipline preferably in Humanities, from a recognized university.
Age: Applicant should be below 30 years in case of private candidates and below 50 years in case of sponsored candidates. Relaxation in age for the reserved categories is applicable as per government norms.
Reservation: Seats are reserved for SC /ST/PH and OBC private candidates as per government norms.
Registration Fee: Registration fee is Rs. 100/- to be paid through a crossed Indian Postal Orders/Bank Draft in favour of Administrative Officer, National Archives of India, Janpath, New Delhi-110001.

Filled application along with attested copies of educational qualification and the IPO/DD should reach ‘The Director General of Archives, National Archives of India, Janpath, New Delhi-110001’ latest by 10th January, 2020. Sponsored candidates should apply through proper channel.
The course fee is Rs.300/- to be paid at the time of admission. The school has no boarding and lodging facilities.
