Admissions to PG Diploma in Philosophical Counseling; Apply by Nov 25
Centre for Philosophical Counseling and Research (CPCR), Department of Philosophy, University of Kerala, has invited applications for admission to the one year (2 semesters) Post Graduate Diploma in Philosophical Counseling, for 2020-21.
Philosophical Counseling or Philosophical Practice is a contemporary movement in practical philosophy. Philosophical counselors help people in distress or confusion to evaluate worldviews of clients and reorient their emotional dispositions without applying diagnostic labels or imposing clinical treatment Programme. As part of the Programme, it is proposed to conduct practical sessions with the help of students or other clients identified to have fundamental problems to be redressed.
Eligibility: Applicant should be a Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% of marks. Preference will be given to Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology and Science Graduates.
There are 30 seats for the Programme [General -24, SC- 5 & ST- 1]

Last date for receipt of the filled application is 25th November, 2020.
Course Fee is Rs. 20000/-. Caution Deposit will be Rs. 1000/-, in addition to course fee.
The Course will be conducted online/offline as per the directions of the University maintaining strict Covid protocol.
