All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AIIPMR) Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare; Haji Ali Park, K.Khadye Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai-400034, has invited applications for admission to various courses for the academic year 2020-21.
Applicants should be Indian Nationals.
The courses, Duration and eligibility are as follows:
- Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics (BPO) (4 ½ Academic years): Applicant must have been born on or before 31 December 2003 and should have a NEET score.
- Master of Prosthetics & Orthotics (MPO) (2 years): Applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (P & O) with compulsory completion of Internship of 6 months latest by 31 October 2020. Applicant should have certificate of registration with Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi. Those who have secured B.P.O degree through distance learning mode will not be eligible.
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) (2 years); Fellowship Course in Rehabilitation Physiotherapy (FCRPT) (1 year): Applicant should have Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with completion of 6 months compulsory Internship by 31 October 2020. Applicant should have Certificate of registration with Maharashtra State Occupational Therapy & Physiotherapy Council.
- Master of Occupational Therapy (MOTh) (3 years); Fellowship Course in Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy (FCROT) (1 year): Applicant should have Bachelor’s degree in Occupational therapy other than Distance Education and Agricultural University with 6 months compulsory internship completed latest by 31 October 2020 Applicant should have Certificate of registration with Maharashtra State Occupational Therapy & Physiotherapy Council.
Admissions to the Masters and Fellowship Programmes will be based on Entrance Test to be held on 10 January 2021.

Application fee is Rs.350/- for BPO Course and Rs.650/- for all other Programmes. For SC/ST/PH, it is Rs.Rs.250/- for BPO course and Rs.550/- for all other courses. Application fee can be paid by way of a Demand Draft of a Nationalized Banks to be drawn In favour of 'Director, AIIPMR' Payable at Mumbai.
Last date for receipt of applications with NEET Score 2020 and Class 12 mark sheet for Bachelor Programme is 15 December 2020. For other Programmes, the last date is 20 December 2020.
