The activities related to the 3 rd / Mop-Up Round of Undergraduate Counselling being conducted by the AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) will begin at https://aaccc.gov.in/ on 23 rd December 2022.
Fresh registration if applicable for 3 rd / Mop-Up Round can be done from 23rd December, 2022 to 3 pm on 27th December, 2022. Payment facility will be available till 6 pm on 27th December, 2022.
Choice filling for this round can be done by all eligible candidates from 24 th December, 2022 to 11.55 pm on 27th December, 2022. Choice Locking can be done from 3 pm to 11.55 pm on 27th December, 2022.
Result of 3 rd / Mop-Up Round will be announced on 30th December, 2022. Those allotted seats should report to the institute concerned and take admission during 31 st December 2022 to 6th January 2023.
The following categories of candidates are eligible to participate in the 3 rd /Mop-Up Round: (i) Candidates who register for the first time (ii) Registered candidates who have not been allotted any seat in Round 1 & Round 2 (iii) Candidates who submitted willingness for up- gradation at the time of joining at Round 1 allotted Institute, but not upgraded in Round-2 (iv) Candidates who submitted willingness for up-gradation at the time of joining at Round 1 allotted Institute, but did not participate in the 2 nd Round of counselling (v) Round 1 admitted Candidates who had availed of free exit within the stipulated period (vi) Candidates admitted in Round 2 and opted willingness for up-gradation of their admitted seats (viii) Candidate allotted seat in the 2 nd Round and availed free exit (not joined).
Candidates who have withdrawn from the 2 nd Round allotted seat, 3 days prior to commencement of the 3rd Round, with forfeiture of Security Money can also participate. However, they need to remit the complete fees again.
Candidates who get allotted/Upgraded a seat in the 3 rd / Mop-up Round, must join the allotted/Upgraded institute. If candidates do not join the allotted/Upgraded seats of 3 rd / Mop-up Round, their security money will be forfeited and they will become ineligible for further AYUSH-UG counselling (Central/State/UT/Central Pool Quota). There is no Free Exit during the 3 rd /Mop up Round.
All candidates should ensure that admission process is made by the allotted college through online mode only by generating the ‘Provisional Admission Letter’ from the AACCC UG portal. Any admission made through offline mode shall be treated as null & void. All participating institutes have been instructed to facilitate the admission/reporting of students even on holidays, if necessary.
As per the AACCC-UG counselling Scheme 2022, the AIQ seats of Deemed Universities that remain vacant after the 3 rd /Mop-Up Round of AACCC-UG Counselling 2022 will revert to the respective Deemed Universities for conducting of Stray Vacancy Round at the Institute level.
Candidates who have registered in the AACCC-UG portal will alone be eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round counselling being conducted by Deemed Universities at the Institute level. AACCC, M/o AYUSH will not approve the admission of non-registered candidates through the Stray Vacancy Round conducted by Deemed Universities. Hence, candidates who have not yet registered on the AACCC-UG portal and wish to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the Deemed Universities should register on the AACCC-UG portal during the 3 rd / Mop-Up Round of AACCC-UG Counselling 2022. There will not be any fresh registration after the 3 rd / Mop-Up Round of AACCC-UG Counseling-2022.
