New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday declared the results of the civil services examination 2019.
Pradeep Singh topped the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2019 while Jatin Kishore and Pratibha Verma ranked second and third.
The results of the examination can be checked on UPSC website www.upsc.gov.in
The candidate list was prepared based on the result of the written part of Civil Services Examination, 2019 held in September 2019 and the interviews for Personality Test held in February-August 2020.
10 Keralites figure in the first 100 ranks. CS Jayadev scored 5th rank in all India level and topped the state. Others in first 100 are R Saranya (Rank 36), Safna Nazrudheen (45), R Aiswarya (47), Arun S Nair (55), S Priyanka (68), B Yasaswini (71), Nithin K Biju (89), AV Devinandhana (92) and PP Archana (99).
829 candidates have been recommended for appointment as per vacancies available. Appointment to Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and Group A and B of Central Services will be made according to the number of vacancies available.
Marks will be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of Result.
