Thiruvananthapuram: The results of Kerala Administrative Service preliminarily exam held on 22 February 2020, is likely to be released on August 26, said PSC Chairman MK Sakeer. Around 4lakh students attended the exam conducted in tree streams.
3000 to 4000 candidates will be included in Stream 1 which is direct recruitment. The number of candidates selected in Stream 2 and 3, who are already working under government sector, will be proportional to this.
Sakeer also confirmed that the marks obtained in preliminary exam will not be included in preparing the final rank list.
He further stated that various examinations that were postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic will be held in September. The exams for applications called for now will be held in December.
All those deserving candidates who were included in rank lists have been appointed. He also added that the results of KAS prelims will be published shortly.
