Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), Valiyamala, Trivandrum has invited applications for 3 positions of Research Fellows, to work in the different research projects of the Institute.
The positions and eligibility are as follows:
SRF 01/2021 (1 position): ME or M.Tech in RF and Microwave Engineering or equivalent areas with two years of experience in Antenna Design / Simulation and Measurements.
JRF-01/2021 (1 position): ME or M.Tech in RF and Microwave Engineering or equivalent areas.
JRF- 02/2021 (1 position): (i) M.Sc in Physics/Astrophysics/Astronomy/ Space Science or (ii) MS in Physics or equivalent or (iii) MS in Astronomy & Astrophysics or (iv) BE/ B.Tech/ ME/M.Tech degree in any branch. In addition, the candidate is recommended to have successfully completed a national eligibility test in (i) UGC-CSIR NET in Physical Sciences or (ii) GATE in Physics or (iii) JEST in Physics.
Age limit is 35 years as on 12 April 2021.

The tenure of the SRF/JRF is for a period of One year or co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier. This is extendable on performance and need basis subject to availability of funds.
