JRF positions are available in Electronics & Communication Engineering; Applied Electronics/Opto Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Photonics; Computer Science & Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Chemical Engg/ Rubber Technology/Polymer Technology/ Nanotechnology; Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry/Polymer Science/Material Science; Oceanography/ Ocean Technology/ Meteorology/ Physics/Applied Physics.

Upper age limit is 28 years as on 20 December 2020. It will be relaxed for SC/ST/OBC applicants as per Government of India norms.
