Alappuzha: Gautam, an SSLC student of Haripad Govt Model HSS, couldn’t complete his exam as his health condition deteriorated.
Gautam, who is suffering from blood cancer, reached the Alappuzha Govt Muhammadan HS for Girls, accompanied by parents, to write the remaining papers during the SAY exams.
In March, he attempted the SSLC exams while in treatment at RCC. But he couldn’t write three exams as his health condition worsened.
Minister KK Shailaja and district Collector S Suhas also came to the school to encourage Gautam.
He wrote the Maths exam on Tuesday. Social Studies and Biology remains.
Gautam is all set in full confidence to take the exams.
