Borderless Network for higher education in Netherlands
In the post Brexit period, there is huge prospects for higher education in Netherlands. Dutch educational institutions and ministry of economic affairs are collaborating to promote international education in the Netherlands. This cooperation model is called Borderless Network.
Scholarships and fellowships are the added advantages of Dutch education. Indian students can pursue for higher education in appropriate areas of interest. Universities, Vocational training institutes and ministry of economic Affairs are promoting under graduate, graduate and skill development programmes in the Netherlands. Wageningen, Has, VHL, Lentiz and Aeres are some of the pioneering Universities for higher education.
Dutch ministry is giving due attention to agribusiness in the country. Applied biology, Spatial and Environmental Planning, Geomedia & design, Horticulture and Arable farming, precision farming, food innovation, food technology, agribusiness, entrepreneurship, value chain system, global food chain system, animal husbandry, landscape development, sustainable agriculture and farming system research are some of the emerging sectors in the Netherlands. Moreover Dutch institutions are giving more thrust to bio waste management, environmental studies, one health and applied animal sciences.
Has University based at Holland is offering graduate programme in international farm management. Even though the Netherlands is a small country, its agribusiness is leading in export of flowers, seeds, meat, knowledge and complete growing systems. International farm management equip students to get careers that fit to their talents and acquired skill. They will get placement in agribusiness sectors. All the graduate programmes offer internships and exchange programmes.
Plus two students can apply for graduate programmes, whereas under graduate students can pursue for graduate programmes. There is a provision for exempting students who have completed their education in English from English language requirements.
