Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has commenced the activities related to the Third Round Allotment to Post Graduate Dental courses 2023 in Government Dental Colleges and Private Self-financing Dental Colleges in Kerala.
This allotment will be conducted to fill up the currently available vacant seats and the seats expected to be released during the allotment process of the third round.
Online Option Confirmation is mandatory to participate in the third round. Eligible candidates included in the Rank list published by the CEE should confirm their options online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in by 3 pm on 21.09.2023 to take part in third round. Candidates may enter their Application Number and password in the link ‘PG Dental 2023 Candidate Portal’ provided on the above website to log on to their home page. Then by clicking the menu ‘Confirmation’ candidates can confirm their options online.
The 3rd allotment will be based on the rank list and the online options received up to 3 pm on 21.09.2023. Third Phase Allotment will be published on 27.09.2023.
All candidates who get allotment should join the course and college to which they are allotted along with the required documents and pay the fee at the colleges during 28.09.2023 and 4 pm on 30.09.2023.
Candidates who get an allotment in the third phase of counseling will lose their current admission based on previous allotments. Candidates who get allotment should join the allotted colleges by paying the fees to the allotted college.
There is no facility for fresh option registration for the candidates in this phase. Only option confirmation/deletion/re-arrangement of the existing options in phase 3 is possible.
If a candidate was allotted a seat in the 2nd phase and has joined the allotted seats, his/her higher options will be retained and all those options listed below the allotted options will automatically be deleted thus enabling only upgradation/retention in the same seat.
If a candidate who joined in a seat in phase 2 does not give confirmation of option in phase 3 he/she will not be considered for upgradation in phase 3, but the seat joined in phase 2 will be retained. So, if a candidate who joined in phase 2 does not want upgradation in phase 3, he/she may not confirm options or after confirmation delete all options registered. Those who do not confirm their options online will not be considered for the third phase of allotment for the existing options.
