Polytechnic spot admission from today, to conlcude on Tuesday

The spot admissions to fill the vacancies in government/aided/CAPE/self-financing polytechnic colleges will be conducted from November 23 (Wednesday) to November 29.

New applicants and students who plan to change college or branch can apply for the spot admission.

New applicants are allowed to join the colleges which have seats available according to the current rank list. Hence, the students have to contact the institutions and ensure vacancies before submitting fresh applications. The students can check the vacancies in each college via the ‘Vacancy Option’ in the offical website www.polyadmission.org

The students have to appear in the colleges at the time scheduled for the spot admissions which would be carried out based on rank. The admission procedures have to be completed after submitting the required original documents and paying the whole fee. An admission slip or receipt of paid fees has to be produced if the student had already obtained admission to any other college.

The candidates who appear for spot admission in more than one college have to submit proxy forms.

Part-time/second-shift admission

New applications are invited for the vacancies in part-time/ second-shift Engineering diploma programmes and the programmes stalled due to the shortage of students in colleges including Govt. Polytechnic College Kothamangalam, Govt. Polytechnic College Palakkad, Govt .Polytechnic College Kozhikode, Sree Narayana Polytechnic College in Kottiyam and Kollam, and Ma’din polytechnic college in Malappuram.
