Master of Fisheries Science (M.F.Sc) Programmes are offered in Aquaculture; Aquatic Animal Health Management; Aquatic Environment Management; Fish Nutrition & Feed Technology; Fish Processing Technology; Fisheries Engineering & Technology; Fisheries Extension and Fisheries Resource Management.
Master of Science (M.Sc) Programmes are offered in Applied Geology; Biotechnology; Climate Science; Disaster Management; Environmental Science; Food Science & Technology; Marine Biology; Marine Chemistry; Marine Microbiology; Physical Oceanography; Remote Sensing & GIS; Statistics.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programmes: MBA (Dual Specialization in Finance/ Marketing /Human Resource Management).
M.Tech. Programmes: Coastal and Harbour Engineering; Integrated Coastal Zone Management; Ocean and Coastal Safety Engineering;
Ph.D. Programmes are offered in the Faculties of Fisheries Science; Ocean Science & Technology; Fisheries Management and Fisheries Engineering

Application fee for General category is Rs. 1100/- for applying for 5 courses and Rs. 2200/- for applying for 6 to 10 courses. It will be Rs.550/- and Rs.1100/- respectively for SC/ST. Fee can be remitted online.
Final year Degree students can also apply.
