Option registration for admission to 3 year LLB Kerala

Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), has announced the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) for admission to the seats in Three Year LL.B Course in four Government Law Colleges, and 50% Government seats in 10 Private Self-financing Law Colleges of the State for the year 2023-24.

Those included in the rank list can register their options online at www.cee.kerala.gov.in by 11 am on 22.09.2023.

Candidate may enter their Application Number & Password in the link ‘Three Year LL.B 2023 - Candidate Portal’ provided in the above website to log on to their home page and click the menu ‘Option Registration’ to register their options online.

The first provisional allotment based on the online options received up to 11 am on 22.09.2023 will be published on 23.09.2023 and final first allotment will be published on 24.09.2023.

Candidates whose results are withheld due to defect in application can also register online options. But if relevant documents to clear the defects are not uploaded by such candidates by 11 am on 20.09.2023, their options will not be considered for the allotment process.

Option Registration Fee: Those candidates who wish to register options will have to remit registration fee of Rs. 2,000/- to the CEE. The registration fee will be adjusted in the tuition fee of those candidates who take admission consequent on allotments. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC category and certain other categories as mentioned in the Notification at the website, will have to remit Rs.500/- as Registration Fee. The Registration Fee of such candidates who take admission in the allotted college/course will be adjusted in the caution deposit.

The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. Bank account details should be provided by the candidates for facilitating refund if any. Registration Fees can be remitted at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment. The list of Post Offices is available in the website.

Candidates who fail to register their options online within the stipulated time will not be considered for allotment under any circumstances.

The list of Colleges included in the Allotment process is given in the Notification.

Fees: As the fee for the course for the academic year 2023-24 is not yet fixed, candidates should pay the fee fixed for the year 2022-23 and will be liable to pay the balance fee, in case, if the fee to be fixed for the academic year 2023-24 is higher than that of 2022-23.

Fee at present is as follows: Government Law Colleges- Annual Tuition Fee - Rs. 1,575/-

Private Self Financing Law College (Govt. Seats): Annual Tuition Fee - Rs. 35,000/-; Special Fee - Rs. 5,000/-, Caution Deposit - Rs. 5,000/-, Refundable Deposit - Rs. 50,000/-
