National Institute of Siddha, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India; Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai-600 047, has invited applications for for admission to Post Graduate Course in Siddha -M.D (Siddha) in various Specialties for the academic year 2021-22.

The M.D (Siddha) courses offered are (i) Pothu Maruthuvam (ii) Gunapadam (iii) Kuzhandhai Maruthuvam (iv) Noi Naadal (v) Nanju Maruthuvam (vi) Pura Maruthuvam (vii) Varmam Maruthuvam (viii) Siddhar Yoga Maruthuvam

Eligibility: Pass in BSMS Degree examination conducted by any CCIM recognized Colleges / Institutes affiliated to any recognized Indian Universities with successful completion of Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI). Those who have completed or will be completing CRRI before the date of Counseling are alone eligible to apply. Candidate should produce original CRRI completion certificate at the time of counselling to be held on 21.02.2022, failing which their application will be rejected.

Selection will be based on the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) merit list-2021 and applicable rules and regulations, reservation policy and other criteria.

Application fee for SC/ST Candidates is RS.1500/- and that for other Candidates is Rs. 2000/-. The amount may be paid by way of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of ‘The Director, National Institute of Siddha’ payable at Chennai.

Completed applications form with enclosures should reach ‘The Director, National Institute of Siddha, Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600 047, latest by 5 p.m on 04.02.2022.
