Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT), an Institution of National Importance, Jais, Amethi, UP- 229304 has notified the admission to the 2-Year Full Time Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programme and MBA Business Analytics programs for 2022-23.
The programmes are designed to facilitate students in understanding, developing, integrating and applying knowledge of both core and specialized areas of management and their concepts and practices in the field of management, data sciences and energy domain.
The focus of the MBA programme is to impart extensive exposure in various areas of specialization (Energy, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations) through electives, thereby providing a wide array of career and entrepreneurship opportunities.
MBA (Business Analytics) is a multi-disciplinary programme which intends to prepare students with analytical tools, techniques, and methodologies so that they can face the challenges of ever-increasing complicacy of data-driven business world.
Eligibility for admission: For MBA and MBA in Business Analytics, applicant must have minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD) in 10th standard and 12th standard.
For MBA, applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree from recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% marks or 5.0 CPI on 10 point scale (45% for SC/ST/PwD).
For MBA in Business Analytics, applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Engineering/Technology or a Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as B.Sc./ B.Com./ BCA/ B.A. (Mathematics/Statistics) from recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% marks or 5.0 CPI on 10 point scale (45% for SC/ST/PwD).
For both Programs, applicant should have a valid score in any of Common Admission Test (CAT-2021)/Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT-2022)/CMAT-2022 (conducted by AICTE)/ GMAT 2021/2022/Management Aptitude Test (MAT-2022).
Those without valid score in any of examinations specified may also apply but the mark requirement for them will be 65% (60% for SC/ST/PwD) in 10th, 12th and Bachelors Program. Those appearing for final year examination of programme are also eligible to apply.
