Kerala Kalamandalam, a Deemed to be University at Vallathol agar, Thrissur, has invited applications for admission to the Master of Arts (MA) Programmes for 2020-21.
Programmes are offered in the following performing arts fields, some of the programmes being exclusively for males and some others for females, the details of which are available in the Notification at www.kalamandalam.org (i) Kathakali Vadakkan (ii) Kathakali Thekkan (iii) Kathakali Music (iv) Kathakali Chenda (v) Kathakali Maddalam (vi) Kathakali Chutty (vii) Kutiyattam Male (viii) Kutiyattam Female (ix) Mizhavu (x) Thullal (xi) Mridangam (xii) Thimila (xiii) Karnatic Music (xiv) Mohiniyattam.
Eligibility: Applicant should hold a Bachelor Degree with 45% marks in the concerned subject or should have equivalent qualification. Those who have studied under the grading system should have minimum of C+ Grade. Those who have studied the subject at the Undergraduate level will get preference. Applicant should be below 28 years of age.

Application fee is Rs.500/- (Rs.200/- for SC/ST) to be paid as per the details given in the Notification.

Selection will be based on an Aptitude Test.
