Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001, has notified the details related to the stray vacancy filling admission to MBBS/BDS Courses 2022.
The list of vacancies in MBBS course in the Self Financing Medical colleges and vacancies in BDS Course in Government/Self Financing Dental colleges after the first round stray vacancy filling has been published on www.cee.kerala.gov.in. These vacancies will be filled at the respective colleges based on the lists forwarded by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and in accordance with the Guidelines issued by CEE.
Three Lists have been issued for this phase of Stray Vacancy filling round of admission.
List 1 - Allotment List: The Allotment List is the outcome of actual seat allotment process on the vacant seats remaining after the first phase of the stray vacancy filling. The seat allotment process was based on the valid options registered for the Mop-up phase excluding the options registered by the candidates who have been allotted a seat in the Mop-up phase or in the first phase of the stray vacancy filling allotment. Candidates figuring in the Allotment list can be admitted by the respective colleges during the reporting period without waiting for the reporting period to end, if found eligible on verifying the original documents and on fee payment.
List 2 - Probable List: Candidates who have registered options for the Mop-up Allotment but not allotted a seat in the mop-up phase or in the stray vacancy filling allotment (upto the current phase) are included in this list.
Other Eligible candidates: If vacancies exist even after the candidates included in the first two lists have been considered for allotment in accordance with the guidelines and instructions, any candidate satisfying the eligibility conditions mentioned in the guidelines for the stray vacancy filling allotment, issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, may be considered for admitting to the remaining stray vacancies.
Candidates shall be considered from these lists based on the priority levels specified in the guidelines. Candidates can check the lists and guidelines that have been published in the official website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
Those included in the Lists, may contact the college authorities concerned and report at the college before 2 pm on 28.12.2022. Candidates should submit documents as per clause 11.7.1, and shall remit the entire fee at the time of admission. Colleges have to complete the admission process before 4 pm of 28.12.2022. If any candidate does not join a seat allotted in Stray Vacancy Allotment or vacates a seat after joining (joined in any of the previous rounds also) after mop up allotment process, he/she will be liable to pay liquidated damages as per the KEAM prospectus clause 12.2.4 and will be liable for revenue recovery in case of non-payment of the liquidated damages. Such candidates are liable to be debarred from appearing for the allotment/admission process to MBBS/BDS courses for a period extending up to two consecutive years.
