Entrance Examination based UG admissions at Calicut University; Apply by May 10

The details of the courses and the institutions are given below.

Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM-4 years) at Oriental School of Hotel Management, Lakkidi, Wayanad (Self-financing): Applicant should have passed Plus Two /equivalent; the Rank list is prepared based on Marks in Entrance Examination only.

B.P.Ed (Integrated- 4 years): Course offered at (i) Centre for Physical Education, University of Calicut - 673 635. (Self-financing) (ii) Government College of Physical Education, East Hill, Calicut (iii) B.P.Ed Centre, Chakkittapara (Self-financing): Pass in +2 or Pass in 2-year course in Physical Education after SSLC recognized by Calicut University. Age limit 23 years as on 1st July 2021. The rank list is prepared by considering Entrance examination marks; Physical Test and Sports achievement merit.

B.P.Ed (2 years) at (i) Centre for Physical Education, University of Calicut -673 635 (Self-financing) (ii) Government College of Physical Education, East Hill, Calicut: A pass in any Bachelor Degree. Applicant should be below 26 years of age as on 1st July 2021. Applicant should be physically fit as specified in the Notification. The rank list is prepared by considering Entrance examination marks; Physical Test and Sports achievement merit.

B. Com (Honours), at Govt. Victoria College, Palakkad: Applicant should have passed Plus Two/equivalent with Book Keeping and Accountancy and any two of Commerce, Commercial Correspondence and Commercial Geography, Economics, Life Insurance with Salesmanship, Banking with Secretarial Practice, Business Studies, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Application, Informatics Practice or Management provided they have secured marks in aggregate as follows: General Category-70%, SEBC/OBC-65%, SC-60%, and ST-55% or should have passed Plus Two/equivalent with other subjects under Part III Optionals subject to the restrictions regarding the marks as mentioned above. The rank list is prepared based on Marks in the Entrance Examination only.

Application: Applications can be submitted online at www.cuonline.ac.in till midnight on 10.05.2021. Those awaiting the results of the qualifying examination can also apply.

Online Registration Fee is as follows: General Rs.370/- (For two Courses); SC/ST Rs.160/- (For two Courses). For one additional course an amount of Rs.55/- shall be paid by all applicants. All those seeking admission including those who seek admission under the Management quota in affiliated/self-financing colleges shall register online and appear for the entrance examination.

Tentative schedule of the Entrance examination will be published at www.cuonline.ac.in. There will be centres for the entrance examination at Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode and Wayanad. For more details, the Notification at www.cuonline.ac.in may be seen.
