'Early Admit' M.Sc, M.Tech and 'Start Early' Ph.D Programmes at IIT Gandhinagar

IIT Gandhinagar has invited applications from eligible undergraduate students from select institutes for its ‘Early Admit’ MSc/M.Tech Programme beginning in July 2021.

M.Sc Programmes are offered in the disciplines of Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics and M.Tech Programmes in Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Earth System Science, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.

Eligibility: BSc students from select colleges who will graduate in 2021 or have graduated in 2020 and are among the top 5 rank holders in the departments at the end of their pre-final year and final year respectively are eligible to apply for the M.Sc Programmes.

B.Tech students from NITs and select colleges who will graduate in 2021 or have graduated in 2020 and are among the top 5 rank holders in the departments at the end of their pre-final year and final year respectively are eligible to apply for the M.Sc and M.Tech Programmes.

BTech students from IITs who will graduate in 2021 or have graduated in 2020 with a CPI/CGPA of not less than 6.0 at the end of their 3rd year and 4th year respectively are eligible to apply for the M.Sc and M.Tech Programmes.

A valid JAM/GATE score is not mandatory for admission to M.Sc and a valid GATE score is necessary for admission to the M.Tech Programmes.

Applications have also been invited for the Start Early Ph.D Programme for B.Tech graduates.
