The National Testing Agency (NTA) has invited applications for the Common University Entrance Test-Post Graduate (CUET-PG)-2023, for admission to the Postgraduate courses in Central and other participating Universities/Institutions/Colleges for the academic session 2023-24.

CUET will provide a single window opportunity to students to seek admission in participating Universities/ Institutions/Colleges across the country and will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode.

The list of 142 participating Universities including Central Universities, State/Deemed to be/Private Universities, Institutes, Autonomous Colleges etc. and the list of 1074 Programs in them have been included in the Information Bulletin available at https://cuet.nta.nic.in/.

Details of the programmes offered by participating Universities; Information about the eligibility, scheme of exam, exam centers, procedure for applying etc. are also contained in the Information Bulletin.

Eligibility: Applicant should have Bachelor degree/equivalent or should be appearing for the final examination of the Bachelor’s Program in 2023 and should satisfy the eligibility conditions of the concerned University. There is no age limit to appear for CUET PG 2023. However, the candidates will be required to fulfil the age criteria if any of the University in which they are desirous of taking admission.

CUET PG structure: CUET (PG) 2023 will have 100 questions objective type multiple choice questions in all. Depending on the Program, questions will be there to assess Language Comprehension, Verbal Ability; General Awareness, Mathematical/Quantitative ability, Analytical Skills; General Knowledge, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning; Computer Basics; Domain Knowledge etc. In some question papers, questions will be divided into 2 parts with Part A being of General nature and Part B, with questions to test Domain Knowledge. The Programme (Subject) and the Test Paper to be taken for each are given in the Information Bulletin.

Application: Application can be submitted online at https://cuet.nta.nic.in/ latest by 5 pm on 19.04.2023.

Application Fee for appearing for up to three Test Papers in Centres in India, will be Rs.1000/- for General, Rs. 800/- for OBC-NCL/Gen-EWS; Rs. 750/- for SC/ ST/ Third Gender; Rs. 700/- for PwBD. An applicant can further apply for additional Test Papers (up to a maximum of 7 additional tests) by paying additional application fees of Rs. 500/- (General applicants) or Rs. 400/- for all other categories per Test Paper.

Candidates opting for Test Centres outside India will have to pay application fee of Rs. 5000/- irrespective of the category they belong to for up to three Test Papers. Further, for applying for additional Test Papers a fee of Rs. 1500/- per additional paper must be paid.

Application fee can be paid using Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI/Wallet up to 11.50 pm on 19.4.2023.

Dates of Examination will be announced later. Examination will be conducted on multiple days in two slots per day; withShift-1 from 10 am to 12 noon and Shift-2 from 3 pm to 5 pm. One can apply for only one course in a slot.
