Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the results of the different phases of allotment to Medical, Medical Allied and Pharmacy courses, Kerala for 2023.
Results announced at www.cee.kerala.gov.in relates to the third phase allotment to MBBS/BDS Courses; first phase allotment to the Ayurveda / Homoeopathy / Siddha / Unani / Agriculture / Veterinary / Forestry/ Fisheries / Co-Operation & Banking / Climate change & Environmental Science / B.Tech Biotechnology course (Under Kerala Agricultural University) and first phase allotment to Pharmacy courses, to the State quota seats in Government and Private Self-financing colleges in the state of Kerala for the academic year 2023-24.
The Allotments have been published after addressing the valid complaints received within the specified time, against the provisional allotment lists published on 13.09.2023.
The allotted candidates can take printout of the allotment memo from 4 pm on 15.09.2023, from the candidate portal. The details of allotment of a candidate such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details etc. will be available in the home page of the candidate as well as in the Allotment Memo.
Candidates who have an allotment should also download the ‘Data Sheet’ containing the basic details of the candidates by clicking the menu ‘Data Sheet’ available in the home page of the candidate. The printout of this Data Sheet is to be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission.
Candidates who receive an allotment should remit the fees as shown in the allotment memo to the allotted college and should join the allotted Course/College during the period from 16.09.2023 to 4 pm on 20.09.2023. If the fee already paid to the CEE in the previous allotment is higher than the fees of this allotment, the excess amount will be refunded after the closure of the Centralized Allotment Process for all the courses.
Candidates who receive an allotment afresh should remit the fee to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the allotment memo at any of the Head Post Office in Kerala or by way of online payment on or before the date given above and should join the allotted course/college within the time specified with all the documents mentioned in the allotment memo and as per Prospectus clause 11.7.1. The list of post offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website.
Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC and certain other categories as mentioned ion the detailed Notification are exempted from paying fee. However, if such candidates are allotted under Minority/NRI quota seats in Self-Financing Medical/Dental colleges, they will have to remit the fee as shown in the allotment memo and they will not be eligible for any fee concession.
Those candidates who do not join the course/college allotted, within the stipulated time will lose their allotment as well as all the existing higher options in the stream to which the allotment belongs.
Stary vacancy filling for MBBS/BDS Courses: If any vacancy exists in MBBS/BDS courses after the third phase allotment, it will be filled up through Stray Vacancy Allotment considering the options registered afresh for the stray vacancy allotment. For Stray Vacancy Allotment for MBBS & BDS Courses, there will be fresh option registration. Data will be shared with the centre and the state after third phase allotment and if any candidate has his/her name in the list of allotted candidates, in either centre or state, then such candidate cannot participate in the stray vacancy allotment.
Candidates who join the allotted seat in the third phase allotment; Candidates who have been allotted seats in the third phase; Candidates who exited the seat after the date prescribed by the Commissioner for Entrance
Examinations; Candidates joined/holding a seat in the All-India quota at the time of stray vacancy allotment as per the data shared by the central authorities are not eligible for participating in the stray vacancy allotment.
