Directorate of Admissions, University of Calicut has invited applications for the Centralized Admission Process for Admission to the Integrated programmes in university campus for the academic year 2021-22.
Programmes offered and eligibility for admissions are as follows:
• Integrated M.Sc Bioscience : Applicant should have passed with eligibility for Higher Studies, the Higher Secondary Examination of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
• Integrated M.Sc Programme in Physics: Applicant should have passed Plus 2 level of education (Intermediate, CBSE/ICSE/HSC/ and all State Boards or Equivalent) with a minimum of 70% marks in aggregate for General category, 65% marks for OBC and 60% for SC/ST/PWD with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects.
• Integrated M.Sc Programme in Chemistry: Applicant should have passed Plus 2 level of education (Intermediate, CBSE/ICSE/HSC/ and all State Boards or Equivalent) with a minimum of 70% marks in aggregate for General category, 65% marks for OBC and 60% for SC/ST/PWD with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects.
• Integrated MA Development Studies: Applicant should have passed Plus-two or equivalent from any stream with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade
Admission to the programmes will be based on the marks scored in the entrance examination. For Bioscience, marks in interview will also be considered. The scheme of Entrance Examination for each course is given in the Prospectus given at https://admission.uoc.ac.in
Application: Application can be submitted online at https://admission.uoc.ac.in, latest by 17.9.2021.
One can apply for maximum of 3 programmes. Candidates can apply for 2 programmes with registration fees of Rs. 370/- for general category and Rs.160/- for SC/ST candidates. Registration fees for 3 programmes will be Rs.425/ or Rs.215/.
