State Institute of Hospitality Management (SIHM), Varakkal Beach, West Hill, Kozhikode -673005, under the Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala and affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Noida has invited applications for admission to three Diploma Courses offered by the Institute.
Programs: The Diploma Programs of one and a half years’ duration are in (i) Food Production (ii) Food and Beverage Service (iii) Bakery & Confectionary. The course duration includes 1 year of study in the Institution and 6-month training in Food Production/Food and Beverage Service/Bakery & Confectionary department of any of the sectors of the Hospitality industry.
There is no upper age limit for admission.
Eligibility: Applicant should have a Pass in 10+ 2 system of Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent from recognized Board/Institution with English as one of the subjects.
Selection will be based on the marks in Plus 2

Application fee is Rs 400/- (Rs 200/- for SC and ST categories) to be paid online as per the details given in the Notification.
