Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001, has invited applications for the entrance examination for admission to three year LLB course 2022 in the four Government
Law Colleges in Kerala and in the Private Self-financing Law Colleges in Kerala having seat sharing agreement with the State Government.

Eligibility: Applicant should be an Indian Citizen. However only those candidates who are of Kerala origin are eligible for any type of reservation or any of fee concession.

Academic Qualifications: Applicant should hold Bachelor’s Degree in any faculty of any University in Kerala or any other Universities, recognized by the particular University in Kerala to which the college that the candidate desire to get admitted is affiliated, as equivalent there to with 45% marks in aggregate (42%for SEBC, 40% SC/ST). Those who have obtained first degree certificate after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission. Those who have obtained graduation/post-graduation through open universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission. Those awaiting results of the qualifying examination (regular examination of 2021-22
academic year) are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination.

Age: There is no lower age limit for admission to the Three year LLB course. The upper age limit for admission to the Three year LLB Course will be subject to the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Selection: Selection to the Program will be based on a Computer Based Entrance Examination of two hours’ duration and consisting of 200 objective type questions of three marks each to be conducted at selected centres in Kerala. The date and time
of the Entrance Examination will be notified later. The questions will be from General English, General Knowledge, Arithmetic & Mental ability and Aptitude for Legal Studies. For every wrong answer one mark each will be deducted. To qualify in the Entrance Examination, and thereby figure in the rank list, applicant should secure a minimum of 10% of total marks in the Entrance Examination (5% for SC/ST category).

Application: Applications can be submitted online at www.cee.kerala.gov.in latest by 5 pm on 5.8.2022. Application fee is Rs. 685/- (Rs. 345/- for SC/ST). Application fee can be remitted online using Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card or by cash at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala using the e-challan that will be available during the submission of online application.

Allotment: The allotment of seats coming under the purview of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, will be made through a Centralised Allotment Process which is a Single Window System (SWS) of Allotment based on the options submitted online by the candidates who have been included in the Rank list and Category lists prepared by the CEE based on the entrance examination.
