After 'Chathuranga', the second book in the Bahubali trilogy, author Anand Neelakantan is attempting on a children's fiction. Titled 'The Very Extremely Most Naughty Asura Tales for Kids', the new book is about Asura kids and the stories of their mischief.
Ending the wait, the writer released the cover of the book on Wednesday. Earlier, he had been adding the surprise element by tweeting about the arrival of the book and the release of the cover. The illustrations in the book was already shared along with his tweets.
Though he is trying a new genre, Anand has sustained the mythical flavour which is common in all his previous books. While releasing the cover, Anand said that the lockdown period was productive and thus he came up with the new book for children.
'The Very Extremely Most Naughty Asura Tales for Kids' introduces many characters like Asura, Vetala, Pishacha etc from the Indian myths. As stated by the author, the book is full of stories on the funny tricks played by the Asura kids on Devas. The book is available for pre-order on Amazon.
