How about planting red spinach?
Are you interested in vegetable farming? If so, here are some tips to raise red spinach in your vegetable garden.
If you find discarded plastic bucket or dishes, don’t consider it as scraps. You can use them to set up the spinach garden.
Fill cow dung mixed soil in buckets or dishes. Make sure that it contains no stones or hard materials.
Add rice flour or semolina (rava) to the soil in double the quantity of seeds. This will prevent the menace created by ants and other insects.
The width of the bucket should be considered while sowing the seeds or else the saplings will grow as crowded. The seeds will sprout within two-three days.
The bucket should be placed in an area where the saplings get sufficient sunlight. We must make sure that birds are entering the area.
The saplings needed to be watered twice a day. Use organic pesticides to keep away insects. We can use the stem and leaves of Siam Weed (communist pacha) to prepare a manure for the plants.
Replant the saplings once the stem becomes elongated. Take care of the roots when you pluck from the soil. Cow dung mixed water and crushed egg shells can be applied as manure once in a week.
