Turkey meat is a healthy food which contains vitamin A, C, Riboflavin, Thiamine, and Niacin. It is also rich in minerals like Calcium, Phosphorus, Chlorine, Sodium, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium, and Iodine.
It is quite easy to cook turkey meat. The small and soft fibres in the meat is easily digestible. The cholesterol level in the meat is low when compared to other animal foods. 100g meat contains only 60-90 mg cholesterol. So, all people can have it irrespective of the age differences.
