Maoists conduct march past, meeting at Nilambur forest
Nilambur: The CPI (Maoist) cadre observed the 12th anniversary of its formation at Nilambur forest, according to the photographs of the event received by the media.
The event, organised at Mukkavala by party’s Nadukani area committee, started with a march past taken out by People's Liberation Guerilla Army (PLGA) led by Chellan. While Chathan hoisted the party flag, Mathi, Kunkan, Kunki, Chathi and Sobha addressed the cadre.
This was followed by the songs and dance presentations depicting the miserable life led by tribals by the art and cultural wing of PLGA. Revolutionary songs were also sung.
Posters highlighting the need to strengthen the party were also pasted in the nearby areas.
