Lavlin : Submit evidences against accused, says HC
Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala High Court has come out with several questions against the CBI and the defendants in the Lavlin case and wanted to produce evidences against the accused at the time of investigation of the Lavlin case.
The HC wanted a clarification whether money allotted to the Cancer Centre was part of the deal and also regarding the parties which have inked the deal. The CBI and the defendants must give a clear reply on this.
Was CM Pinarayi Vijayan and others made accused in Lavlin case in such a way? To dispel that, the court wanted evidences to be produced against them. The court also wanted the CBI to make clear the conspiracy angle in the case.
