Chicken – 1 kg

Basil (Tulasi) leaves – 200gms

Raw Pepper – 100 gms

Green Chilli – 10 nos

Ginger – 1 piece

Garlic – 10 pieces

Peppermint – As per requirement

Lemon Juice – 1 spoon

Salt – To Taste


Gring all the ingredients and make a paste. Add lemon juice to this mixture. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 4 hours. Then fry the chicken in coconut oil. Serve with peppermint chutney.
