What if you can bring the Italian taste of Pizza in your kitchen? Celebrate your days with the home-made Chicken-Rava pizza


Rava – 500 gms

Milk – ¼ cup

Butter – 25 gms

Olive oil – 3 tablespoon

Tomato sauce – 4 tablespoon

Garlic – 4 segments

Yeast – ½ tablespoon

Cheese – 25 gms

Tomato – 3 nos

Onion – 3 nos

Capsicum – 1 no

Chicken – ½ cup (chopped and cooked)

Salt – To taste

Pepper powder – To taste


Powder the rava after heating. To this mix milk, olive oil, butter, yeast (yeast added to the sugar syrup and kept for 20 minutes), salt and make a dough. Keep it for one and half hours.

Grind the garlic together with tomato sauce and keep aside.

Saute the tomato pulp, onion and capsicum cut in square pieces in butter by adding salt.

Saute the cooked chicken in oil. Add pepper powder to this.

Take the dough and make round balls. Roll these balls to make a round spread of 1cm thickness.

Bake the spread in the oven or fry it in a pan by applying oil.

Add 2 tablespoons of the prepared tomato sauce above the spread and put some grated cheese over it.

Above it spread the sauted vegetables and chicken. Again spread some grated cheese over it.

Bake this in the oven until the cheese melts or fry it in the pan with oil until the cheese melts.
