Ingredients:

Rice (Matta)- 5 cups

Jaggery - 500 gm

1 Coconut (grated)  

Dry ginger powder

Preparation:

Roast the rice thoroughly. Mix together coconut, grated jaggery and rice and powder them in a mixer. This should make a coarse powder. Add the dry ginger powder and mix. Make small balls out of this. This should be done when it is still warm.
