Paneer Laddu or the Malai Laddu is one of the most famous dessert recipe in North India. It is very easy to make and taste so delicious.

Ingredients

Paneer – 1 cup

Milk – ¼ cup

Condensed milk – ¼ cup

Cardamom powder – 1 pinch

Vanila essence – 1 drop

Sugar – 2 tsp

Preparation

In a mixer jar add crumbled paneer, milk, condensed milk, cardamom powder, vanilla essence and sugar and grind them to make a paste.

In a sauce pan, heat this paste in low flame. Stir continuously.

When the paste thickens to form a dough, take from flame and allow to cool. Once cooled make balls out of this. Garnish with pistachio and serve.
