A quick and easy to make recipe.

Make the most of fresh sweet corn with coconut milk.



Sweet corn – 1 no

Onion – 1 no

Ginger – 1 piece

Green chili – 1 no

Garlic – 4 nos

Coconut (scraped) – 6 tsp

Tomato – 1 no

Cardamom – 2 nos

Cloves- 4 nos

Cinnamon – a small piece

Cumin – ¼ tsp

Pepper – 6 nos

Coconut milk – 1 cup

Butter – 2 tsp

Coriander leaves – Accordingly

Salt – To taste


Cook the sweet corn after adding salt and keep aside.

In a pan heat butter and add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. To this then add onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and saute.

Add smashed pepper and cumin to the pan.

Now add the cooked sweet corn and ground coconut and boil well.

Mix coconut milk with this and add chopped tomato and salt to the mixture.

Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
