This mutton roast recipe is for those who are bored of trying out regular non-vegetarian recipes. You will love it for sure.

Ingredients: 

Mutton - I kg cut into pieces

Green chillies - 2 numbers finely chopped

Big onions - ½ cup thinly sliced

Tomatoes - ¼ cup sliced

Ginger (thinly sliced) - 1 tsp

Vinegar - 1 tsp

Chilli powder - 1 tsp

Turmeric powder - ½ tsp

Mustard - 2 tsp

Coconut oil - 300 gm

Garlic cloves - 8 numbers

Salt as required

Preparation:

Add vinegar, ginger, turmeric powder and salt to the clean and cut mutton pieces. Add half cup water to it and cook in low heat. Once it gets cooked, drain and keep the mutton stock aside.

In a deep-bottomed pan, pour oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add the onion and sauté. When the onion turns golden brown, add tomato. When the tomato is done, add chilli powder and garlic and sauté again. Once done, add the meat stock and then cook in low heat for some more time.

Add the cooked meat and let it remain in low flame for 10 minutes. When the gravy thickens, switch off the stove.
