Egg stir fry
Egg stir fry or Mutta Mezhukkupuratti is a unique dish made of egg. The simple recipe makes its one of the easiest side dish to make at home.
Eggs, boiled – 5 no
Potato, sliced in length – 2 no
Green Chili – Accordingly
Onion – 2 no
Garlic – 4 cloves
Fennel seeds – ¼ tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Chili powder – ¾ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Salt – Accordingly
Oil – Accordingly
Slice the potato in length and boil it by adding turmeric powder and salt.
In a pan heat oil and sauté onion, green chili, garlic, turmeric powder and salt. Then add chili powder and pepper powder to it.
To this add boiled and pieced egg and potato. Then add fennel seeds and mix well.
Egg stir fry is ready to be served.
