1. Brinjal-3
2. Curry leaves- 1 petal
3. Coconut oil- 3 tablespoons
4. Pappadam-4
5. Shallot-8
6. Red chillies-10
7. Tamarind- A small quantity
8. Salt- To taste
9. Banana leaf-1 (To wrap brinjal)

How to make

1. Wrap brinjal in banana leaf and roast it
2. Roast red chillies in open fire
3. Roast Pappadam in open fire
4. Peal off brinjal and crush it well
5. Add tumerind extract, red chilli and pappadam to the crushed brinjal
6. Add crushed shallots, curry leaves, salt and coconut oil and stir well
