Summer vacations are nearing and let's prepare some delicious eateries to engage our little superstars. Banana Ada is a tasty dish which can be prepared easily at home. 

Ingrediants
Banana - 500 gm
Egg - 3 numbers
Sugar - 6 tsp
Cardamom - 2 numbers
Cashew nuts - 10 numbers
Kismis - 10 numbers
Ghee - 1 tsp
Oil as required

Preparation: 
First we have to prepare banana dough. For that, steam the banana and grind it in the form of a thick paste. Add a teaspoon of oil into the dough and mix it well. Take another bowl and mix egg, sugar and cardamom powder. Heat ghee in a pan and saute cashewnuts and kismis. Add the egg mixture into the pan and saute it until it becomes thick. Allow it to cool down. 

Make small balls of the banana dough. Roll the dough with a rolling pin until the ball resembles a medium-thick pancakes. Add the filling into this and fold it in half. Heat oil in a pan and fry this until it bcomes golden brown. Serve it hot.
