This juicy sweet, sour and spicy dish will leave you craving for more after every bite.

Ingredients:

4 pieces of boneless chicken

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

2 cloves

2 garlic cloves (chopped)

1 green chilli (chopped)

2 tsp chilli powder

1 tbsp honey

4 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp pepper powder

Preparation:

Mix together chopped garlic, green chilli, chilli powder, olive oil, cloves, honey, lemon juice and salt. Put the cleaned chicken pieces into this mix. Once the pieces get completely soaked and coated with the mix, set aside and marinate for one hour.

Heat oil (any oil) in a pan and shallow fry. Once cooked, slice the chicken pieces evenly. Then smear 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp honey, salt, 1 tsp pepper powder and 2 tbsp of lemon juice evenly on the pieces. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

This dish can go with fried rice or noodles.
