1.Raw mangoes (Peeled off)- 1/2 KG

2.Sugar- 3/4 Kg

3.Citric acid- 1 teaspoon

4.Mango essence - 1/4 teaspoon

5.Green colour-1 pinch

6. Potassium meta bisulphate- 1 pinch

How to make

1. Peel off the raw mangoes and cut into small pieces 

2.Add half glass of water and grind well

3. Strain the juice using a strainer and remove solid substances

4. Take  same amount of water into another dish

5. Add sugar and citric acid into it and boil well

6. After it cools, add already prepared mango juice,colour and essence and mix well

7.Add potassium metabisulphate which helps to preserve squash for long term
