Bombay chicken curry

1. Chicken pieces- 1 Kilo2. Chilli powder-2 tablespoon3. Pepper powder- 1 Tablespoon4. Ginjer-1 big piece5. Onion-2Red Chillies- 4
How to make
1. Grind chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger with enough salt and water2. Marinate the chicken pieces with this and keep it aside3. After half an hour, heat oil in a pan4. Cook chicken well5. Saute split red chillies and thinly sliced shallots and stir well6. Then add it to the cooked chicken pieces.
